Parish Tractor has locations in Poplarville and Hattiesburg, Miss., and the dealership is using Facebook, especially boosted posts, to build awareness of its offerings.
Lee Parish, owner of Parish Tractor says, “About 4 years ago, we really committed to it. Our goal by next year is to have 8,000 followers and our followers are true followers, not a database that we purchased,” he says.
Lee Parish further explains that boosting Facebook posts is a cost-effective way to reach a targeted group of customers. For instance, he might allocate $200 a month to boost a specific post, reaching those of a certain demographic, such as an age group, region as well as a particular interest.
He also shares how he works with graphic design freelancers through a service called Fiverr to create promotional content on a small budget.
