Kubota dealer Acme Equipment, a division of Acme Tools, has acquired the Kubota dealership rights for the Bismarck/Mandan region in North Dakota from Northern Plains Equipment in Mandan, N.D.

Martin Deerline and Agland announce they will merge operations effective July 31, 2024, subject to necessary approvals and due diligence.

With the acquisition, WCTractor adds locations in Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Jasper to its existing seven-store Kubota network.

Mountain View Equipment Co. moved into its new $10 million facility in April. The new Jerome, Idaho, location is one of 4 stores Mount View Equipment operates.
