The Trump Administration is reportedly planning to soon direct the U.S. EPA to waive the existing seasonal restrictions on the sale of gasoline blended with 15% ethanol (E15).

OPEI continues its efforts through the Look Before You Pump campaign to educate consumers and policymakers about the risks of misfueling and the use of non-approved fuels in non-road engines. OPEI is partnering with the National Assn. of Marine Manufacturers to rebrand and relaunch the program in 2019. A Harris poll conducted by OPEI earlier this year confirms that consumers are increasingly uninformed about misfueling risks.
