Tractor Supply Co. announced financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2019. Net sales increased 2.7% in the fourth quarter of 2019 from the fourth quarter of 2018. Comparable store sales increased 0.1% versus an increase of 5.7% in the prior year’s fourth quarter.
The newly formed corporation named AKRS Equipment Solutions will consist of 27 John Deere dealerships across Nebraska and part of Kansas with headquarters in Lincoln, Neb. The merger is expected to finalize by the end of March.
