Liberty, Mo. —  Bob Clements International, a leader in dealership training & development, has announced the locations and dates for the 2020 Regional 1-Day Management Boot Camps.   

Working in conjunction with the Equipment Dealers Assn, Bob Clements and his team will be holding 1-day management boot camps in 4 cities which include Lancaster, Pa., Charlotte, N.C., Tulsa, Okla., and Columbus, Ohio.

Each 1-day event will offer training creating balance in your dealership and how to manage by the numbers. In addition, a portion of the program will focus on developing a digital marketing plan and how to develop a management team.

“Regional Boot Camps allow us to connect with dealership owners and managers in a fun and interactive setting”, says Bob Clements, president of BCI.  “We had a great time in 2019 and look forward to meeting many of our dealers, and some new ones, this coming year.  We find the small workshop setting allows us to answer their questions and work with them in order to improve the overall efficiency of their dealership”
