MAYVILLE, Wis. — Scag Power Equipment announces the retirement of its president, John L. Crowson, effective January 1, 2018. Crowson joined Scag in 1992 and served in various executive positions during his tenure. He has served as president of Scag since 2008. Chris Frame, a 20-year veteran of Scag, and most recently Scag vice president and general manager, will succeed Crowson as president of Scag.
Crowson stated, “I am grateful for my time with Scag, and the outstanding support of our dealers, distributors, and employees throughout those years. Scag has enjoyed tremendous growth and is well-positioned to continue as a leader in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry under the very capable leadership of Chris Frame and his team.”
Scag Power Equipment thanks Mr. Crowson for his many years of service and wishes him well in his retirement.
