Maschio Gaspardo North America (MGNA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Pace to the post of North American Sales & Marketing Manager.

Andy will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process including the management of MGNA?s relationships with its distributors, direct sales representatives, and inside sales and aftermarket support personnel. He will also oversee the marketing activities of MGNA in North America including the crafting of a comprehensive plan to grow the Machio and Gaspardo branded product lines in North America.

“I am thrilled to be involved with the quality products of Maschio and Gaspardo,” commented Mr. Pace. “We know we have great products with superior, company produced components. Our first priority is to make sure that we have the right mix of products for the North American Market and we aim to do that by listening to our customers with regards to their suggestions and guidance.”

Another attribute that Andy will bring to the group is a passion for customer focused sales processes. “We also aim to focus our operations and customer service towards the customer. We want to be the easiest supplier in the industry to do business with because we know that we have to be the best to gain the support and loyalty of the demanding dealers and distributors in North America. You can have great product, but without a friendly voice on the other end of the phone to guide the customer through their concerns, your sales team is swimming upstream.”
