Green Farm Parts has just published their new and improved online store. The online store still bears the same name, but the customer experience is completely different than before and different than any other competitor's website.
The new online store from Green Farm Parts offers customers a newly expanded and updated online parts catalog. There are actually two separate catalogs online, including the original JD Parts catalog, which is used to search for John Deere farm parts and is still a favorite option for many online consumers. But the new catalog also offers an expanded view of parts diagrams, updated parts information and substitutions as well as competitive pricing for shoppers looking for parts for their lawn equipment, golf & turf machinery, skid steer loaders, John Deere Gator and compact tractors.
Other features to the new site include a Closeout Corner that will feature overstock and obsolete parts, a Deal of the Week that will feature special products at deeply discounted prices and a Social Media bar. The social media bar at the bottom of the home page allows folks to instantly contact with Green Farm Parts through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and their blog. You can also see what people are saying about their experiences with the online retailer.
Green Farm Parts first launched their online store in March 2010. When asked about the new custom design, e-commerce manager Pat Tarlton states, "Our old site served us well, but it was time for a makeover. We want to let our customers know that we are here for the long haul. By showing them that we are willing to invest so much in them with a better online experience, we send a message that we listen to them and care about what they want to see in an online store." Tarlton also goes on to add, "We're proud to still have some of the lowest prices in the industry and our unique approach with online coupons, a customer rewards program and several shipping options (including free shipping), keep us competitive and a favorite place to return online."
The John Deere parts retailer also has some other big news in the works such as a new headquarters and expanded customer service hours towards the first of the year. That news will be published as it is finalized.
