The most recent recognition includes being named a Top 10 Volume Dealer in North America by CaseIH, and having earned the CaseIH 2024 CX Engagement Award, according to the company. Additionally, Birkey’s reported in March that it was named the 17th highest Cub Cadet dealer in the U.S. in total sales volume for 2024.
Birkey's Receives the 2024 CX Engagement Award from Case IH
In mid-March, Birkey’s Farm Store, Inc. announced that it was presented the 2024 CX Engagement Award by Case IH, signifying Birkey’s customer satisfaction as “…among the top three [Case IH Dealers] in North America, and a testament to [Birkey’s] relentless pursuit of excellence in customer engagement.”

Birkey's Farm Store Named Top 100 Cub Cadet Dealer in U.S.
Additionally, on March 24, Birkey’s Farm Store recently announced it was named in the Top 100 Cub Cadet Dealers. For the completed year of 2024, Birkey’s was named the 17th highest Cub Cadet dealer in the U.S. in total sales volume.

Each year, Cub Cadet recognizes the Top 100 dealers in the United States with the highest sales volume. In the past, Birkey’s often ranked in the 80s of the top 100 dealers. As Birkey’s and Cub Cadet’s partnership grew, Birkey’s increased their rank into the 50s, culminating in placing 17th in 2024, according to a news release announcing the achievement.
