Yarbo has introduced what it is calling the world’s first fully autonomous trimmer module for a lawn care robot, taking a major step forward in hands-free, smart yard maintenance with its latest addition to its lawn care ecosystem.
A statement issued about the product reports that Yarbo, the all-season year-round modular yard robot, already mows and blows leaves with precision and power, adding that now with the upcoming Yarbo Trimmer, areas such as lawn edges, flower beds, and weeds are no match for its artificial intelligence (AI) vision and cutting technology.
Coming later this year, pricing will be as follows: Trimmer standalone price of $499; Attacher standalone price of $149; and Trimmer + Attacher bundle price of $599. Yarbo is actively recruiting distributors in both North America and Europe.
With interchangeable attachments, Yarbo adapts to seasonal needs from mowing the lawn, clearing leaves, or dealing with snow with lawn mower and blower modules. The Yarbo Lawn Mower is equipped with dual-cutting disks, terrain-adapting tech, and obstacle avoidance. It can cover up to 6 acres daily, with customisable cutting heights for that perfect springtime trim.
The company statement also reports that Yarbo’s Blower module takes the hassle out of clearing leaves, pollen, and debris with an upgraded 190 MPH air velocity and 760 CFM air volume. Yarbo’s “Follow Me” feature visually tracks the user and moves where the operator goes without the need for manual control. Yarbo is built to last longer per charge and cover more ground without constant interruptions, and the company adds that the quick-swap tracks and antennas make transitioning easy between seasonal tasks.
The fully autonomous robot's core features include all-season yard maintenance, a modular design, data connectivity capabilities, wireless charging, smart route planning, app control and remote control and next-generation smart obstacle avoidance with patented precise positioning and navigation technology.
