Mowhawk Mowers Enters the Zero-Turn Space
Mowhawk mowers using decades of manufacturing experience to enter the zero-turn space and grow its dealer network.
The 2016 Green Industry & Equipment Expo (GIE+Expo) was even bigger than the last two record-setting years. Registration was up over 11% from last year and there were a total of 900 GIE+Expo and Hardscape North America exhibitors, including 230 new exhibitors. The indoor show floor, at 80,000 square feet, was up 17% over last year and the outdoor demonstration area increased an acre to 20 acres.

The 2015 Green Industry & Equipment Expo, or GIE+Expo, held in Louisville, Ky., was the largest yet, topping even last year's record-setting show. Dealer registrations are were up 11% over 2014 and total registrations are estimated to have increased 16%. The show gained 193 new exhibitors for a total of over 850 indoor and outdoor exhibits.

Among the lawn and garden and outdoor power product innovations that caught our editors' eyes were new and expanded lines of zero-turn mowers, updates to UTVs and battery-powered equipment.
