For the first 9 months of 2019 ended Sept. 30, Kubota Corp. reported revenues increased by $888.2 million (7.1%) from the same period in the prior year to $13.5 billion.
The company plans to invest more than $85 million in a site near the company's current manufacturing facilities in Gainesville-Hall County, Georgia, for a project that will establish a new engineering and design center to complement its overall North American footprint.
Kubota will have 60% ownership of the manufacturing joint venture, which is said to have an initial capacity of 50,000 units and the resources to jointly develop new products.
