Jerkins Creative Consulting is holding a training class focused on training and developing Aftermarket Parts and Service Managers with the skills necessary to lead an effective aftermarket department. The primary goal of this course, designed specifically for parts and service managers, is to provide students with the foundational skill sets required for these positions in the dealership. Instead of trial by fire, dealers have a method to take personnel through a learning mechanism that will provide the foundation for success.

Students in this course traditionally have one of the following roles: Newly appointed Parts Managers, Existing Parts Managers and Mid-level Managers.
