Stanley Black & Decker announced Donald Allan, Jr., currently president and Chief Financial Officer, the Company's next Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2022. Mr. Allan will succeed James M. Loree, who has served as CEO since 2016. Upon assuming his new role, Allan will join the Board of Directors and retain his title as president.

Club Car, a manufacturer in golf, consumer, and utility vehicles, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Garia A/S, a Denmark-based manufacturer of electric street legal low-speed vehicles for the utility, consumer and golf markets.

While there is still a significant portion of the second quarter of fiscal 2022 ahead, Tractor Supply currently forecasts net sales growth of 8% and comparable store sales growth of 5% as compared to the second quarter of fiscal 2021.
