Yanmar America Corporation has announced a supply agreement with TYM Corporation to provide 3 models of Yanmar-branded tractors.

Beard Equipment Company, Inc., a third-generation John Deere Golf and Sports Turf dealership serving customers in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi, has finalized an agreement to acquire South Carolina-based Greenville Turf & Tractor.

Greenworks Commercial, a provider of lithium-ion battery-operated, zero-emission outdoor power equipment, expanded its global footprint by opening the doors to its 180,000-square-foot Commercial Center of Excellence for Manufacturing and Engineering in Morristown, Tenn., its first in North America. 

Henric Andersson, currently on leave of absence for medical treatment, is unlikely to return to active status as Group CEO due to personal reasons, a Jan. 19 press release from Husqvarna stated. The company's board is now formally seeking a successor.
