STIHL currently has training and distribution operations in Aurora, Colo., and recently acquired a distribution facility in the Majestic Commercenter business park.
The project doubled the square footage and employee capacity of the original headquarters building, built in 2000, bringing together sales, marketing and product development for Doosan and Bobcat brands.
Kubota committed $100 million for its new facility in Gainsville, Ga., which frees up space at its company’s operations nearby where utility vehicles were produced. That facility will now manufacture mowers.
