First quarter net sales were $287 million, a decrease of $3 million compared to last year. The company expects that the U.S. residential lawn and garden market will improve by 1-4%.
Net sales for the second quarter 2016 increased 4.5% compared with the second quarter of 2015. Comparable store sales decreased 0.5% versus a 5.6% increase in the prior year's second quarter.
