According to Iron Solutions August 2020 Used Equipment Trends report, the average selling price of the utility/compact tractor segment was up significantly again in July. This marks the 6th straight month of increasing selling prices, with the July selling price up 2.6% over June. The average age of the equipment did drop to 37 months from 38 months. This shift could explain a portion of the increase over June. Even with the drop in average age, this segment continues to see very strong demand reflected in the steadily increasing sale prices, Iron Solutions says.
