Market research firm BrandSpark International surveyed over 12,800 American shoppers in 2019 to discover what brands they trust most in their own words. John Deere ranked first in the home goods/lawn mower category and DeWalt ranked first in the home goods/power tools category.

- 83% say brand trust is an important part of their purchasing decision.
- 68% trust consumer awards for brand recognition.
- 67% try new products from brands they trust most.
