ST. LOUIS — The Equipment Dealers Assn. (EDA) announces that its members now have access to a free and comprehensive toolkit to assist them in recruiting employees and implement recruitment best practices in their dealerships.
EDA has teamed up with the Assn. of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) to provide a free webinar that will outline how this customizable toolkit can help dealers be proactive in attracting potential employees. The toolkit was designed by AEM to be used by the equipment industry, including manufacturers and dealers, within their local communities for recruiting the next generation of skilled workers.
EDA is excited to invite AEM to share this resource with equipment dealers across the country. “This toolkit is a tremendous asset to equipment dealers and other industry stakeholders,” says Kate Fox Wood, AEM’s Director of Government Relations who also heads up their workforce development initiatives. “We hope EDA’s members can take this resource and make it part of their recruitment strategy, reaching local schools and enticing future employees to join their companies.”
Please join Kate Fox Wood for an informative webinar detailing how you can get started with the toolkit.
