DAYTON, Texas — WCTractor, a dealership group representing the New Holland and Kubota Equipment brands, has purchased the assets of Trinity Valley Tractor, a New Holland dealer serving Dayton, Beaumont and surrounding markets. With the acquisition, WCTractor adds two locations — Dayton and Beaumont — to its growing, nine location, footprint.
"Trinity Valley Tractor has a long history of excellence and for decades has been an integral member of the East Texas community," President Chris Wackman said. "WCTractor, as a 'Presidents Club' Award Winning New Holland Dealer, hopes to continue that tradition of community partnership while enhancing the capabilities and product offerings of the local dealerships. We couldn't be more thrilled to represent New Holland in the Dayton and Beaumont communities."
WCTractor plans to offer New Holland agricultural and construction products at its two new locations in addition to renewing its focus on representing brands such as Badboy, McHale, Krone, Rhino, Bushhog and more.
For nearly 80 years, WCTractor has served the Central and Eastern Texas markets. Evolving from a single store New Holland dealer, the company's territory now spans nine stores. Locations include Sealy, Navasota, Brenham (3 stores), Bryan, Temple and now Dayton and Beaumont.
The company specializes in New Holland and Kubota products in addition to Kawasaki powersports and an assortment of premium turf and implement products.
