AgriVision Equipment, a family-owned, full-service John Deere farm and consumer equipment dealer, announces it has reached an agreement with Van Wall Equipment Inc. to acquire the Onawa, Iowa location in late June, 2018.
AgriVision Equipment brings an innovative partner approach to the business, assisting customers in solutions far beyond equipment and technology. “We strive to know our customers on a personal and professional level. We have a shared vision with our customers and enjoy helping customers and their communities find comprehensive solutions to their challenges and opportunities,” says Jeremy Ostrander, CEO of AgriVision Equipment.
The Onawa location is centrally located to the other AgriVision Equipment stores. Being centrally located, will enable customers quick access to over $25 million in parts inventory, highly trained service/support, and innovative technology offerings.
AgriVision Equipment thanks the Van Wall group for the opportunity to continue a strong relationship with the Onawa customers and employees and looks forward to serving the communities in this area for many years to come. A smooth employee transition is expected, and timing was planned around enabling a strong focus going into harvest.
The addition of the Onawa store brings AgriVision's total locations to 16. Van Wall now has 24 locations with 19 stores that carry large ag equipment along with commercial worksite products and commercial & consumer equipment.
This isn't the first time ownership of a location has traded hands between AgriVision and Van Wall. In 2015, Van Wall purchased 3 stores from AgriVision.
AgriVision, formerly A&M Green Power Group, was Rural Lifestyle Dealer's 2013 Dealership of the Year.
