SELMA, Ala. — Bush Hog announces the following change to its organization. Kerry Meacham is the new vice president of sales and marketing and will report to Gerald Worthington, company president. Kerry has a strong background in creating successful operations and measurable sales results in industrial environments.
He has served in executive roles with strategic and long range planning. His experience over the past 22 years includes vice president of sales and marketing as well as director and regional level responsibilities. He received a bachelor's degree in marketing and communication from Lipscomb University before receiving a master's degree from Vanderbilt University.
Bush Hog has been manufacturing pasture, roadside and turf maintenance products in the Selma area since 1951 by their 300+ member workforce. The name “Bush Hog” has become synonymous with the very act of cutting pastures and mowing fields and right-of-ways; the company enjoys the rare instance where the name has actually become a verb.
