SAVANNAH, Ga. — On Thursday, March 29, Chris Shea, owner of Low Country Machinery, was presented a 2017 JCB Dealer of Excellence award. This is an award in which the dealership earned for its continual growth in sales, parts and service business, as well as marketing efforts and promoting the JCB brand. The award was presented to Shea in Chicago, at a JCB dealer council meeting by JCB’s President/CEO, Richard Fox-Marrs and VP of Sales, Christian Baillie.
“We are honored to have received this award from JCB. My team and I work hard every day to represent the brand and keep our customers happy. We have a great working relationship with the staff over at JCB and look forward to keeping the momentum going with another increase in sales in 2018,” said Shea. “Thank you to my team here at Low Country for giving it 110% all the time, together we have earned this award and I’m proud of each of you.”
Since its inception in August of 2001, this is the eleventh time that Low Country Machinery has been recognized as a JCB dealer of excellence. Their market share in Southeast Georgia and South Carolina continues to grow, as JCB introduces new and exclusive products to the industry. Customers are finding benefits from JCB equipment that they’ve never experienced with other brands.
“The JCB Teleskid was a game changer in 2017; it brought in a lot of new customers and sparked a lot of interest with our existing customers in the landscape, construction and agriculture industries. This is a product that no one in the industry can compete with and we are excited to see what the JCB engineers come up with next,” Shea says. “They are always looking to be on the forefront of innovation and that’s what makes us unique.”
