BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Toro introduces the TacTec flat-free tires for select Toro zero-turn mowers.
The new TacTec tires will eliminate the possibility of flats, resulting in less downtime and increased productivity. With less downtime, landscape contractors are able to focus on getting the job done, without costly tire repairs or replacements. The TacTec tires feature a greater contact area, resulting in more even wear. In addition, the new tires absorb bumps and can improve comfort and reduce operator fatigue.
The new 24-inch Toro TacTec drive tires are available for 48’ – 72” Z Master models. In addition, the tires feature higher payload and can be used in conjunction with powered bagger attachments.
“These new tires are designed to help contractors reduce downtime of their machines,” said Chris Hannan, senior marketing manager at Toro. “Ultimately, the new TacTec tires will help contractors be more productive and get more done.”
Toro’s new TacTec flat-free tires are currently still in development and will be available from Toro’s trusted network of dealers and distributors once production is finalized. For more information about Toro products, please visit www.toro.com.
