The change will take place at the end of the 2011 lawn-and-garden season, Ariens said.
It's meant to bring clarity in a market that has too many brands of commercial mowers, President Dan Ariens said in a statement.
The company plans to focus on its Gravely brand of commercial mowers and will continue to provide parts, technical service and warranty service for EverRide and Great Dane products.
Ariens acquired the two brands in 2007 with the purchase of Auburn Consolidated Industries, of Auburn, Neb.
