TUG EDGE OUTDOOR & MORE: New name goes with Route 189 expansion
The C&B Outdoor Store has assumed a new name and changed its location.

The business that used to occupy the former C&B Rent All location at 11151 Route 11 has moved to a new showroom at 17178 County Route 189. The lawn and garden care and small engine repair business will become part of Tug Edge Outdoor & More. The store also will showcase custom-made log cabins and rustic homes and custom farming options.
"We were just renting that location until we could finish building this new one," said store owner Larry F. Stinson. "We still have a little bit of work to do on the exterior, but the interior is pretty much all set."
Mr. Stinson said he will have an open house Aug. 14 in the new showroom.
The day will be filled with equipment demonstrations, games, live entertainment and a pig roast.
Door prizes will be given away and store discounts will be available.
"It'll be a fun event," he said. "We're hoping that people come and see the new shop and see what we have to offer."
The store will still supply Cub Cadet lawn mowers and lawn tractors and Dolmar power tools. A line of Lacrosse high-visibility apparel and footwear also is still available.
"We'll probably add more items as time goes by," he said.
Construction of the log-cabin-style storeroom began in May, and Mr. Stinson said the building will be a model of what types of rustic buildings are available.
The store had its soft opening last week.
