HOUSTON — Mahindra North America (MNA) announces the addition of Matt Glendon as Director, Utility Vehicles and New Business Development. In this new role, Glendon will be responsible for all aspects of Mahindra's mPACT XTV Utility Vehicle product line as general manager. In addition, Glendon will also be tasked with the creation and development of new business ventures for MNA.
"Matt brings a new set of skills and experiences that position us to build on the early success of Mahindra's utility vehicle business launched in 2015. With a broad and deep background in utility vehicle sales, marketing, channel development and product development, he is a great asset to the team," says Cleo Franklin, Vice President/CMO, Marketing and Strategic Planning, MNA. "This is an exciting next step in the growth and expansion of the utility vehicle product line and Mahindra North America as a whole."

Glendon has 18 years of experience in the utility vehicle category, most recently at Ingersoll Rand with the Club Car brand, including executive-level experience in product management, strategic planning, marketing, sales, channel management, and marketing analytics. Glendon earned his bachelor's degree in business and finance from Augustana College, Illinois, his master's degree from Florida Atlantic University, and has twice served as chair of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute's Marketing Statistics Subcommittee on Utility Vehicles.
