DYERSVILLE, Iowa — Digga North America is announcing its new mini loader extension mounts. The mounts are designed to provide maximum machine reach into tough-to-reach areas. The new extensions allow mini loaders to carry the full line of powerful planetary-drive DSS Series on their compact equipment.
The extra boom length allows the operator to gain an additional reach of up to 2 feet depending on the application. The mini loader extensions will decrease the need for additional auger extensions and accommodate longer 4-ft auger bits, while also adding a unique cradle positioned for stability while transporting the drive on site.
The new mini loader extensions are designed to accommodate the Digga DSS series of compact high-torque planetary-drives, with a sleek compact design that ensures that the drive can fit into a 10-inch diameter hole, providing deeper penetration without the need for additional extensions for more efficient operation. In addition, the DSS Series includes a two-piece shaft design that isolates the planetary gears from the pushing, pulling and bending forces without increasing the load on the bearings. With the highest shaft pull-out rating in the industry and an output shaft that can be replaced without disassembly of the planetary gearbox, the DSS series will experience less machine downtime than competitive models.
All Digga DSS auger drives carry an additional advantage as well. Digga drilling drives are covered by warranty protection that is unsurpassed in the industry, with a 5-year warranty on the planetary gearbox, a 3-year warranty on the hydraulic motor, with lifetime shaft pull-out warranty for extra protection.
