The patent-pending Master Cylinder design comes installed on the post driver and offers a number of benefits. These include less assembly; easy hookup; and no five-gallon tank, motor, or pump is required. Plus, the Master Cylinder makes this a lower-cost skid-steer mounted post driver.

In addition to the Master Cylinder, the updated post driver gives the user everything needed in a standard post driver: power to deliver 100,000 pounds of impact, attach-and-go simplicity, speed to drive a four- to five-inch post in under 15 seconds, and a stabilizer leg for safety and performance. The post driver with Master Cylinder will be available in April.

“With the new Master Cylinder, this post driver attaches more quickly to the skid steer, saving assembly and hookup time,” said Terry Roberts, general manager of Shaver Manufacturing. “It’s also a lower-cost post driver option for those with skid steers, because customers won’t have to buy the OH-200 package for the attachment.”
