It’s time to celebrate your successes this past year. It’s been another great year in the rural lifestyle industry in terms of dealer revenues, new product introductions and a customer base that continues to grow — and buy.

It’s fun to look back, but we know you’re more interested in looking ahead and making 2016 even better. Here’s a short read from Fast Company to help you focus and track the progress of your New Year’s resolutions, so they become reality by the time we close out another year.

For instance, attach a number to your resolution so you have a defined goal, making it “crystal clear” whether you’re on track or not.

And, avoid the “should” type of resolution. According to the story, “Forget making a resolution because it seems like the right thing to do … your resolution should be something you are passionate about, otherwise you will lose interest.”
