STANLEY, N.C. — EnviroGard LLC is continuing its dealer-installed propane engine conversion program with an expansion to 36 different models. Available conversions include 21 John Deere ZTrak zero-turn mowers, 7 John Deere QuikTrak stand-on mowers, and 8 John Deere commercial walk-behind mowers. Conversions will be available through John Deere dealers for commercial end users in the United States for the 2016 season.
"We're very pleased to be expanding our propane conversion program for John Deere dealers and their customers," said Jeremy Hahne, EnviroGard vice president of business development. "With 36 different conversion kits, professional landscapers now have many options for converting to propane."
The conversion kits are designed and manufactured by EnviroGard and installed by certified John Deere dealer technicians to provide professional landscapers, municipalities, and other large fleet owners with another fuel fuel solution. Once converted, the propane-powered machines are EPA and CARB compliant. EnviroGard has a 22 module on-line university training program to certify all of the John Deere dealers' technicians. "We are committed to continually improve our on-line training programs for John Deere dealers. We have received excellent feedback from the technicians that have gone through the training so far," stated Hahne.
