BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kern Machinery, a John Deere dealership with stores in Bakersfield, Buttonwillow, Delano and Lancaster, Calif., recently completed the purchase of Hollingsworth Inc. The newly acquired locations in Ontario and Burns, Ore., and Weiser, Idaho, will now be doing business under the name Camp Equipment.

Kerns Machinery has been in business since 1969. Hollingsworth has been in business for 76 years.

Kern Machinery and now Camp equipment use the ASPEN dealer management system from Charter Software.
