TEMPLE, Texas — WCTractor, a dealership group selling Kubota and New Holland Tractors, has purchased the assets of Mitchell Equipment, a Kubota dealership serving the Temple, Belton, Cameron and Killeen, Texas markets. With the acquisition, WCTractor continues its push into the Central Texas market.
WCTractor plans on bringing Kubota construction and hay tools to Temple to enhance its offering of traditional ag and turf equipment. "We are excited to welcome the Mitchell Equipment employees and customers onto our team at WCTractor," President Chris Wackman said. WCTractor will add Bad Boy mowers into its lineup of turf products and will add Kubota's full line of commercial equipment. With a full assortment of products and living by its slogan "Best Deals in Central Texas," WCTractor plans on serving all of the needs of farmers and homeowners from Waco to Austin.
For 75 years, WCTractor has served the central Texas and Brazos Valley markets. Evolving from a single store New Holland dealer, the company's territory now spans for over 200 miles with seven stores. Locations include Sealy, Navasota, Brenham (3 stores), Bryan and now Temple.
The company specializes in Kubota and New Holland products in addition to Kawasaki powersports and an assortment of premium turf and implement products.
