Mississippi Ag, a growing John Deere Dealer with 13 locations in Mississippi and Arkansas, announces Kyle Fulcher as chief executive officer effective May 18.
Mississippi Ag is committed to growing its leadership and management capabilities to better serve our customers and employees. Fulcher will be responsible for leading the organization and growing our base of satisfied customers. He will drive innovative and integrated sales initiatives, continue our history of outstanding customer support, develop new go-to-market strategies, and strengthen our corporate management team. Fulcher will report to Leyden Pugh, company president.
Fulcher, a Mississippi native, joins Mississippi Ag after progressive leadership roles within John Deere, and they are thrilled to have him return to his home state at such an exciting time for their company. He has worked for John Deere since 2006 including roles as senior attorney and division sales manager for John Deere’s Agriculture and Turf Division. Most recently, Fulcher served as global utility tractor marketing manager where he led teams around the world that translated customer inputs to product solutions while developing long-term product plans and market strategies. Prior to working for John Deere, Fulcher practiced law in Mississippi.
Fulcher holds both accounting and law degrees from Mississippi College along with an Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Mississippi / Arkansas Ag started as The Farm Equipment Company in the 1940s in southeast Arkansas and has grown into one of the top performing regional John Deere dealerships in North America. It offers products and services that range from large agriculture equipment and technology for farmers to small tractors and lawnmowers for homeowners.
