GAINESVILLE, Texas — Larry Zimmerer of Zimmerer Kubota & Equipment Inc., in Gainesville, Texas, named Diana Mead as the local winner in the Kubota-Texas A&M Aggies football sweepstakes. Mead was recently awarded an all-new, Kubota RTV-X900 camouflage-detailed utility vehicle and a Yeti cooler in a special ceremony at Zimmerer Kubota & Implement.

In total, 45 winners were selected at random — one from each of the 45 participating Kubota dealerships in eastern Texas — for this special football season promotion in partnership with Texas A&M Aggies. Additionally, all 45 winners of the cooler were automatically entered into a final drawing for an all-new, Kubota RTV-X900 utility vehicle, the top-selling diesel utility vehicle in North America. Mead won the Kubota RTV-X900 in a random drawing on Dec. 15, 2014.

“As soon as I get home, I will immediately use the RTV,” Mead said. “I will use it for hauling equipment and exercising dogs.

Mead has trained dogs for more than 20 years. She had bred a puppy, “Club Meads Road Warrior” that went on to win the National Retriever Championship and has become a top producing male.

“We are thrilled that someone from the local community won such an incredible prize, and we’re honored to award that prize to someone who is also one of our most valued customers,” said Larry Zimmerer.
