2012 Dealership of the Year: Mid-State Equipment
Marketing products online is a new frontier for some rural lifestyle dealers. In this video sponsored by Sheyenne Tooling & Mfg., Chris Frodel and Bryan Hanson, owners of 2012 Rural Lifestyle Dealer of the Year Mid-State Equipment in Janesville, Wis., talk about how they use the internet to spread word of the products they have on the lot. Hanson tells the story of how he sold a piece of equipment over email. According to Hanson, he never saw the customer face to face. He was able to get the sales material to them over email and he wasn't in the shop when the customer came by to pick up the piece of used equipment.
