Kubota Tractor Corp. recently made some strategic staffing changes to the management team for its northern division.

Steven Payn has been named director, division manager of the northern division. He succeeds Ted Pederson who has been named vice president of special projects.

Tom Burton has been named district sales territory manager for the northern division’s east district. He succeeds Mike Jacobson, who has been named assistant director, north district manager for the central division in Fort Worth, Texas.

Drue Gray has been named parts merchandising and training manager and Dave Miller has been named large ag service representative. Both of these are new positions.
