ECHO and Kubota Showcase Their National Dealer Alliance with Special Show Promotion at GIE

Earlier in the year, ECHO and Kubota joined forces to create a U.S. Dealer Alliance aimed at growing their combined sales with the commercial turf and consumer lawn/garden markets. The alliance makes ECHO, Shindaiwa and ECHO Bear Cat the preferred brands of handheld outdoor power equipment within the Kubota dealer network.

As part of this alliance, Kubota dealers are offering a special GIE + EXPO show deal. Customers will receive a free ECHO SRM-225 trimmer with every purchase of a Z723-48, Z724-54 or Z725-60 zero turn mower. The offer is valid October 23, 2014 through November 8, 2014.

During the Green Industry and EXPO (GIE/EXPO), which runs October 22 through 24, visitors will see sister products in both companies’ indoor and outdoor booths.

Earlier this month, ECHO’s chain saws with the tool-less chain tensioning system FasTension and Kubota’s Z700 Series zero-turn mowers were named recipients of Landscape and Irrigation magazine’s “Twenty for 2014” product awards, which recognizes standout new products for the commercial landscape and irrigation markets. The ECHO FasTension chain adjustment system appeared last year in the GIE + EXPO New Product Showcase arena.

ECHO chain saws and the FasTension system will be a strong focus within the ECHO Incorporated indoor booth and outdoor arena. An entertainment element for this year’s show efforts involves ECHO Carving Team Member Bob King who will carve daily in the outdoor demo arena. Visitors who test-run an ECHO chain saw during the show are eligible to win one of King’s show carvings. King is one of three champion chain saw carvers who promote the ECHO brand in worldwide appearances and carving competitions.
