Dealers with custom websites that incorporate ARI’s Partstream parts lookup application and Infinity’s Customer Connect, now have the ability to easily export their customer web orders to Infinity’s Internet Orders Panel.

Infinity’s new integration allows customers to drop selected parts from Partstream into Infinity’s Customer Connect shopping cart. Then in one seamless operation, customers can check out their on-line purchase and process payment through the associated merchant services application. The order is then automatically posted to Infinity’s Internet Orders Panel so the dealer can expedite fulfillment and shipping.

PartStream is ARI’s consumer-oriented, illustrated parts lookup application that integrates with the dealer’s existing website. PartStream allows consumers to conveniently identify and purchase parts online, saving time and increasing dealer profits.

Infinity’s Customer Connect feature allows web customers to securely login and interact with the dealer's business system. Customers can review account information, outstanding balances, sales orders, repair histories, or check the status of repair orders and backorders.
