Kubota's main distribution center on FAA Boulevard

Kubota is expanding its North Texas operations with a new distribution center.

Kubota Tractor Corp. has leased 44,000-square-feet of industrial space just south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport for its new operation.

The warehouse space at 4300 Diplomacy Road is in the CentrePort Business Park 3 building.

Kubota’s major distribution center is in the same area on FAA Boulevard south of Airport Freeway.

“They’re about one quarter of a mile apart,” Michael W. Spain with Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services said in a statement.

Spain and Bradford’s Joe Santaularia negotiated the building lease for the expansion with Steve Koldyke of CBRE Group.
