According to published reports, the John Deere dealer in Gaston, N.C., Briley’s Lawn and Leisure, will shutter the store in the near future.

The owner, Betty Briley, said it wasn’t her choice to close down.

According to the report in the Gaston Gazette, the closing means the closest place to get your riding lawn mower serviced will be Boyd Tire and Battery Service in Clover, S.C. The nearest agricultural dealer will be in Rock Hill, S.C.
