KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong Industrial Company Ltd, recently announced the agenda for their upcoming Annual Dealer Meeting, which will be held at the upscale Sheraton Hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina from February 23-25, 2010.
This three day event will open with a dealer welcome reception on February 23, followed by two days of extensive sales training, product announcements and the opportunity for dealers to provide KIOTI management with feedback from their assigned territory.
The overall theme of this year’s event will be ‘Improving Your Sales & Profits.’ The lead speaker for the event will be Bob Clements, a renowned motivational speaker who will address time management, daily operations, resources, unexpected challenges and personnel issues and how having a better handle on all these things can ultimately help a dealership run more efficiently and profitably.
According to Ron Parrish, KIOTI’s Market Development Manager, “We decided to hold the dealer meeting in Raleigh again this year due to the record breaking turnout at our 2009 event. By holding the meeting close to our headquarters and at an easily accessible location, dealers can get to and from the meeting conveniently, while tying the trip into one of the service training courses offered at KIOTI University. Many dealers even opt to drive to the meeting and transport tractors, implements and parts back home with them to save on freight costs and improve their margins.”
During the meeting, all dealers in attendance will visit KIOTI’s headquarters in Wendell for an afternoon of competitive tractor comparisons, competitive UTV comparisons and the opportunity to ride competitive model machines to get a better handle on how they compare to the equivalent KIOTI tractor or UTV.
“Having the opportunity to bring our dealers to our corporate offices allows them to not only tour our facilities, but also to meet the people they frequently deal with on the phone face to face. We are constantly improving our facility and the services we offer to dealers. Providing them with the opportunity to see these enhancements first hand, lets our dealers know we are working as hard as they are to build the KIOTI brand.,” states Tony Brown, National Sales Manager for KIOTI.
The sales meeting will conclude with a formal Dealer Awards banquet on the evening of the 25th. KIOTI’s President, C.G. Kim and his staff will present the Rookie Dealer of the Year award and the Most Improved Dealer award. Following those presentations, the coveted 5-Paw Dealer Awards will be issued and KIOTI’s Million Dollar Dealers for 2009 will be recognized.
KIOTI has continually increased their compact tractor market share for the past six years and is looking forward to continuing this trend in 2010. The upcoming Dealer Meeting will bring many exciting announcements and product news to KIOTI dealers.
