In an Oct. 2 press release, Mid State Equipment Co., Inc. announced that Eagle Power has acquired Mid-State Equipment Co., Inc. After a mutually supportive and thoughtful process, the legacy of Mid-State Equipment Co, Inc. has been entrusted to Eagle Power. This purchase was made official in mid-September.

Starting Oct. 18, Mid-State's operations in Pennington, NJ, will become Eagle Power Kubota. While the name is new, our commitment to maintaining the same high-quality sales and service coverage remains unchanged.

At Eagle Power Kubota we are dedicated to preserving the same level of trust, reliability, and personalized service that Mid-State customers have relied on for over 30 years. Many familiar faces throughout the Mid-State sales, service, and parts teams will continue to serve you.

After over three decades of outstanding service, Wayne Tuck will be retiring in the near future. He is leaving behind a legacy we are honored to uphold. His company's dedication to customer service and deep relationships with the community are the foundations we will build upon.

Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible, with the same attention to detail and dedication that has de fined both Eagle Power and Mid-State.
