The latest market data report from Constellation Data Solutions shows OPE dealers saw revenue decline 9% year-over-year in August. This data is based on “same store” results of dealers who have submitted data each month for 3 years in a row.
In the U.S., OPE dealers reported August revenue down 6%. Canadian dealers, meanwhile, reported a 5% year-over-year decrease in August revenue.
The Midwest saw the largest decline, down 15% year-over-year. In the South, dealers reported the least regional revenue decline, down 4%.
The report is based on 1,095 dealers, who during the month sold 3 million new wholegoods units and did $7 billion in total sales.
