Bush Hog has announced the introduction of two new independent finger wheel suspension rakes into its line of hay gathering tools for the rancher, farmer, commercial hay contractor, and hobby farmer. The two new models compliment the 17 existing models of rakes offered by Bush Hog.
The new XLRR-I models are equipped with independent finger wheel suspension arms that allow the rake to more closely follow a field’s contours. Proper ground contact is achieved by adjusting each wheel’s ground pressure spring and, once set operators can be assured of a smooth crop pickup across the entire raking width.
The new XLRR-I models maintain the high ground clearance frame for unobstructed crop flow that is a trademark of the original XLRR rake models and, by adding the optional hydraulic windrow adjustment, farmers can make quick windrow adjustments in changing crop conditions.
