Case IH dealership group H & R Agri-Power, the 2024 Farm Equipment Dealership of the Year, announce that Thomas (Tom) Sutter will be joining its organization as its new chief operating officer.
Sutter comes to H & R with nearly 30 years of industry experience most recently as president and CEO of LandPro Equipment, LLC in Batavia, N.Y. LandPro was Precision Farming Dealer's 2023 Most Valuable Dealership. Sutter also spent time at John Deere dealer Hutson Inc (2023 Dealership of the Year) as president/CEO prior to joining the LandPro team.
Sutter started his career with John Deere Company in 1997 before transitioning into the dealership side of the business in 2005. Tom has a proven record of driving revenue enhancement, operational efficiency, and market expansion in highly competitive environments.
Sutter fills the role left open after Greg Burch passed away unexpected in March 2024. Burch had been with the dealership for 20 years, serving as a regional manager before taking on the role of COO in recent years.
H & R Agri-Power is built on over 50 years of experience and uses the combined resources of now 21 farm equipment locations throughout Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Indiana.
