The latest market data report from Constellation Data Solutions shows tractor dealers saw revenue down 11% year-over-year in March. This data is based on “same store” results of dealers who have submitted data each month for 3 years in a row.
In the U.S., tractor dealers reported March revenue down 7%. Canadian dealers, meanwhile, reported a 45% year-over-year decrease in March revenue.
The West and Northeast regions saw the only revenue increase in March, each up 3% year-over-year. Southern dealers reported the largest regional revenue decline, down 18%.
The report is based on 234 dealers, who during the month sold 125,000 new wholegoods units and did $2 billion in total sales.
