According to the latest data from the Assn. of Equipment Manufacturers, the U.S. saw 13,231 compact tractor sales in October, down 6.4% year-over-year from 14,129 units last year. Year-to-date compact tractor sales in the U.S. came in at 138,279 units, down 11.3% year-over-year from 155,971. Beginning inventory for the month was 96,063 units.

In Canada, 1,847 compact tractors were sold in October vs. 2,062 in October 2022 (down 10.4% year-over-year). Year-to-date sales were 13,877, down 17.7% year-over-year from 16,854 at this point in 2022. Beginning inventory was 12,754.
