Minnesota's West Central Tribune reported that at Farm-Rite Equipment's Willmar, Minn., location, construction has begun on a new building that will house a showroom, shop and office space. The building will be 26,000 square feet and valued at about $4 million. The city of Willmar has agreed to build a stormwater retention pond on the southern portion of the dealership's property, which will serve as a regional stormwater pond, the article said. The pond is expected to be constructed next year and will be maintained by the city of Willmar.
